Furthermore, the downtown relocation strategically positions our sales and service group only minutes from our core customer base."
Beam went on to say "Not only have we relocated our sales, service and administrative groups, we have additionally relocated the Network Operation Facility or NOC to the KMC TELECOM Downtown Switch facility." An ISP's Network Operation Center typically consists of servers, switches, routers, dial-in terminals, power supplies, monitoring systems and other equipment required to operate the business.
